This began as a bedtime story I used to tell my oldest daughter. It was short and simple at first. Every few nights, however, I embellished it and added new details to maintain her interest. It quickly got to be too much for me to remember, so I decided to write it down. This is the story of the Maiden and the Lonely Dragon.
